Threshold is an independent private practice. We are not an embassy, consulate, immigration department or official application portal, and we cannot grant, expedite or influence any decision.
A practice defined by its limits.
Threshold works in the space that sits around a migration matter: sequencing, preparation, internal process and knowing when to hand over. That space is real, and it is not representation.

We publish only what is verified
Adviser names, credentials, regulatory authorisations, jurisdictional scope and fees appear on this site only when the underlying information has been supplied and verified. Nothing is illustrative.

We do not promise outcomes
No approval, permit, status, job, admission or timeline can be guaranteed by any adviser. Any practice that offers one is telling you something that is not within its power.

We ask for as little as possible
An enquiry needs a name, a way to reply and a short description. We do not request passport numbers, file numbers, national identifiers, medical or criminal history, or document uploads through this website.

Immigration representation is regulated differently in every jurisdiction. In some places only a lawyer may act for you; in others a separately licensed consultant may. In all of them, authorisation is a matter of public record.
For that reason this site publishes no adviser name, no professional title, no regulator, no registration number, no bar membership and no jurisdictional authorisation. Those appear only once the underlying documents exist and can be checked by you against the relevant public register.
Until then, treat this practice as what it says it is: independent advisory work on process, preparation and sequencing, with regulated matters referred onward.

You will not find a long list of countries on this site. Publishing pages for jurisdictions a practice does not genuinely work in is a search tactic, not information, and it misleads exactly the people who can least afford to be misled.
When jurisdictional scope is confirmed, it will be stated plainly, with the basis for working there and the limits of that work.
