Only the authority or your authorised representative can confirm that a document meets a requirement.

Employer obligations differ by jurisdiction and must be confirmed with the responsible authority or an appropriately authorised professional.

Where a matter requires a lawyer or a regulated immigration representative, we say so and help you reach one, including how to verify that person's authorisation yourself on the relevant public register.
Verification of any professional's authorisation should be made directly against the relevant regulator's public register.
